Note: Due to the overwhelming success of my ad campaigns
in Victoria magazine and through MakeMinePink.com, my
production schedule has been adjusted for a more realistic
time quote. As of February 10, 2008, Please allow a
minimum of 14 WORKING (Mon. - Fri.) days for all made-to-order
bags for handcrafting and construction, and/or personalization,
or on customizing, and depending the complexity of the
item. This does not include shipping time. I apologize
for the extended schedule, but am an artist running
a one-person studio. My standards are high for construction
and I will not compromise quality for quantity output.
I promise the results will be well worth the few extra
days wait.
All Payments are due in full at the time you place
your custom order or when you purchase from the website,
Etsy, any catalog or other ordering method, including
charges for any upgrades, add on items, customizations,
and/or additional international, AFO/PPO, Alaska, Hawaii,
or US Province shipping charges.
We process payments conveniently through Paypal and
all major credit cards are accepted through the Paypal
secure online server. You do not have to have or use
a Paypal account for your payment to be processed.
Alternately you may phone, fax or mail your order and
pay by personal check or money order. Payment must be
received within 7 days of purchase. All items will be
held until funds clear with our bank.
Our standard shipping method within the US is USPS
Priority Mail. Shipping prices will include delivery
confirmation and insurance on orders of $25 or more
(required).
Shipping via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or Express Mail and USPS
Global Priority Mail is available upon request.
If you would like to request any other method of shipping
or if you're shipping will require additional
charges beyond the standard shipping, I will calculate
the extra shipping and send an addendum invoice.
If you email, fax or mail your order please specify
if you want or require special shipping and your invoice
will reflect your request.
Coupon Codes: You may either email your order or use
the Paypal Shopping Cart to process your order if you
are using a discount coupon code or if you want to request
an alternative shipping method. Please state your discount
code or special instructions in the comments section
of your paypal transaction page or email me at dianne@mamaspocketbook.com
with any special instructions and I will communicate
with you regarding your needs or create a refund or
an addemdum invoice for any adjustments.
We insure each package and obtain delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost items. If payment is
not received within 7 days, all items will be returned
to inventory and re-listed for sale. We thank you for
your understanding.

As most of my products are lightweight,
shipping is usually via USPS Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation. All items valued above $30.00 will be
insured. If you would like your package to require a
signature for delivery, you must note this in the comments
section of your order. We are not held responsible for
lost or missing items for which the carrier has confirmed
delivery without signature. The postal service will
not process insurance claims on items they confirm as
delivered.
Items that are marked as "in stock"
will ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Allow 7-14 business days for delivery, yes, even with
USPS Priority Mail Service (their rules, not mine).
Limited Edition and Customized handcrafted
items that are marked as "In stock" - are
shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
Otherwise, most limited edition items, as well as all
customized items will be created following receipt of
payment for the order.
Please Note: Due to the quantity of orders currently in production - As of January 15, 2008,, You will need to allow between 10
to 14 working days for all made-to-order bags for handcrafting
and construction, and/or personalization, or on customizing,
and depending the complexity of the item.
Please understand that I am a one person
operation and can only make reproducible handbags and
other handcrafted items as they are ordered. I handcraft
each of these kinds of orders individually. I assure
you - you will be very satisfied with your individualized
item.
If you need your item rushed, please
email me and I will be happy to work with you to get
your item made as quickly as possible. Please allow
7-10 days for delivery (even though I will ship USPS
Priority) once you receive delivery notification from

I do not charge handling fees. It is my gift to you that your item will be beautifully wrapped and carefully packaged. I believe when you receive an item from
Mama's Pocketbook it should be a joy to open and admire!
